Experience the journey of a diamond from source to sparkle on this exclusive trip through Botswana and South Africa. Beginning in Johannesburg before travelling to Gaborone, the itinerary offers an insider’s view of Botswana’s diamond industry, including a visit to the Diamond Trading Company Botswana (DTCB), a cutting factory tour and a visit to the world-renowned Jwaneng Diamond Mine. The experience continues at Tau Game Reserve, with game drives and time to enjoy the incredible African landscape.
The journey then continues to Antwerp, the historic heart of the international diamond trade. From 5–10 September, participants will have the opportunity to explore the Antwerp diamond industry through marketing and diamond office visits, buying opportunities and supplier access. The program also includes a walking tour, welcome drinks, an ADB Certificate presentation and an optional day trip to Brugge. It’s a unique opportunity to connect the complete diamond journey from mine to market while building industry knowledge, relationships and buying opportunities.
