Our team of highly experienced, professional, industry experts are available to assist our members in all aspects of their business. Collectively our Sydney-based personnel have in excess of 400 years of jewellery and retail experience.

Colin Pocklington

Managing Director

B. Bus, FCPA, FCG (CS, CGP). 46 years industry experience.

Colin assists members with business strategies and planning in order to achieve industry best practice. Supports members with mentoring on key decisions including benchmarking and business management.


Glen Pocklington

General Manager

BCom (Accounting). 10 years business management experience.

Glen brings a variety of prior experience to his role at Nationwide, and can assist members with the operational and financial running of their businesses. Glen also enjoys working with members on key projects such as website builds, major sales, and range development.


Niven McArthur

Director of Merchandise and Marketing

GAA. Past FGA. 39 years industry experience.

A manufacturing jeweller by trade, Niven establishes preferential trading terms that benfit our members with our preferred suppliers. Niven also coordinates the creation of marketing and promotional events with Nationwide's marketing team. 


Cindy Eidukevicius-Jones

Manager of Merchandise and Marketing

FGAA, Dip DT. 35 years industry experience.

A highly qualified gemmologist, diamond grader and valuer. As part of our marketing team, Cindy uses her expansive knowledge to coordinate our various diamond events. Cindy also provides free diamond training for members at various other Nationwide events.


Erin Keller

Membership Manager

Grad. Cert. BADM, Adv. Dip SM, BA Ed, Cert IV BA, GIA Alumni & AJP. 13 yrs retail management experience.

With many years experience within the Retail industry, Erin provides tailored information to members for Nationwide's large range of industry specific benefits and resources.


Sal Keft

Graphic Designer

Bach. CA. 12 years industry experience. As part of our marketing team, Sal assists members by creating personalised marketing content and building their digital platforms.


Emma O'Connell

Graphic Designer

Bach. CD. 2 years industry experience. As part of our marketing team, Emma assists members by creating personalised marketing content for promotions and social media.


Gladys Arraj

Conferences and Events Manager

First employee of Nationwide Jewellers in 1991. 38 years industry experience.

Gladys coordinates our various major events for members including conferences and trade fairs. Gladys has arranged and managed our many overseas group tours, including personalised itinaries for hundreds of members. 


Helen Hunter-Lee

Conferences and Events Consultant

Grad Cert. Tourism, M.Mgt. With a background in airline and travel agency management, in addition to over 15 years as an industry trainer and manager in adult education, Helen has broad and deep experience in the tourism industry. Helen works with Gladys to co-ordinate the many events, conferences and travel related projects for Nationwide and external clients.


Anne Laracy

IT Manager

Dip. Programming - CDI. 35 years industry experience.

Specialising in the establishment, personalisation and support of our member websites and business portal; Anne is our in-house IT expert. 


Accounts Team

Katia, Jackie, Meenu and Ross are our in-house accounts team supporting with the financial management of your business. 

Collectively they have considerable experience with assisting members with any account queries and delivering our 6 month interest free finance on conference and trade fair purchases. 


Nationwide Travel

Led by Gladys and Helen are our in-house travel consultants. The team assist with the coordination of Nationwide events and tours. They provide our members and preferred suppliers with detailed travel itineraries for both personal and professional travel services.


Specialised Consultants

Our specialised contracted consultants are available to help members with lease negotiations, human resources and legal issues specific to the industry.
